At RefurbPrint. live, we want to assure you that all the refurbished printers sold by us will have a minimum quality standard price. This Warranty Policy describes the warranty limited offered with your purchase.
Eligible products come with a limited warranty for 30 days, commencing from date of delivery. This warranty only covers defects that prevent the product from functioning normally with ordinary use.
Hardware damage excluding user-initiated damage
Internal component issues affecting performance
Product does not work as intended when using a product in a normal way
Accidental damage, misuse or improper handling
Regular wear and tear, such as minor cosmetic problems
Damage through power surges, incorrect installation or repairs
Things we tend to use, cartridges or regular accessories
To request warranty service you must notify us within the warranty period, together with your order details and a clear description (photographs or videos if necessary) of the issue. Subject to verification, we may provide remedy via repair, replacement or such other means as deemed appropriate.
This warranty is expressly non-transferable to anyone other than the original purchaser. We can inspect the product with prior confirmation before allowing any claim.
